I love good smoothies. This easy-to-make smoothie is a simple way to eat more green leafy vegetables & healthy fats (such as those in avocados). You can drink this nutritious breakfast in just 5 minutes. You just place the ingredients into the blender et voila.
This smoothie will keep up to 2-3 days in your fridge. Stir briskly to re-combine if storing in the fridge.

A Very Green Morning Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cups kale, spinach or mix of leafy greens
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple (cubed)
- 1/2 avocado (skin removed, pitted)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups crushed ice
- chia seeds (optional)
- dried coconut chips (optional)
Ingredients

Instructions
Put all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until it is very smooth and creamy. This will take about 1-2 minutes.
Fill up 3-4 glasses and sprinkle chia seeds and dried coconut chips on top, if desired.
