Dandelion Root Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp. ground roasted dandelion root
- 3 tbsp. coconut milk (canned)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Ingredients

Instructions
Place water and dandelion in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes
Strain liquid into a cup.
Add coconut milk and vanilla.
