Adrenal Fatigue Coach Vanilla Ice Cream

For this rich and creamy, dairy-free dessert you only need 5 ingredients. All you need for this easy dessert recipe is water, cashews,  honey, vanilla, and a pinch of real salt. Because you use a cashew base   (and not coconut milk), it truly has the taste of classic vanilla ice cream.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • real salt (to taste)

Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and process following the instructions.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
