This gluten-free hot cereal is just as good as traditional porridge. It’s very quick, easy to make and tasty! Tip: have this breakfast with a boiled egg and mug of delicious Dandelion Root coffee.

Adrenal Fatigue Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. punpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. brown flaxseed
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- real salt (to taste)
- 1 cup boiling water
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts

- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
Put all the dry ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until finely ground
Pour boiling water into the blender and cover the lid
Start blending slowly at first and then turn up the speed until the porridge is smooth
Put the porridge in a bowl
Garnish with shredded coconut, sunflower seeds or your other favorite topping
