A Very Green Morning Smoothie

  • 3cups kale, spinach or mix of leafy greens
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 1/2cups pineapple (cubed)
  • 1/2 avocado (skin removed, pitted)
  • 1cup coconut milk
  • 2cups crushed ice
  • chia seeds (optional)
  • dried coconut chips (optional)
  1. Put all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until it is very smooth and creamy. This will take about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Fill up 3-4 glasses and sprinkle chia seeds and dried coconut chips on top, if desired.
