Avocado, Chicken Walnut Salad

  • 1 (smoked, poached or BBQ’d) chicken breast (sliced)
  • 2large handfuls lettuce leaves (chopped)
  • 1small-medium avocado (sliced)
  • 2 eggs (boiled and halved)
  • 1handful walnuts (chopped)
  • 2tbsp. flaxseed oil
  1. Divide lettuce evenly across two plates
  2. Put on the sliced chicken breat, sliced avocado and walnuts
  3. Before serving add the egg and drizzle with flaxseed oil
  4. Enjoy!
