There are different ways of dealing with stress, some more helpful than others. Some people try to ignore it, but find it doesn’t make the stress go away.  Others push themselves even harder, putting their physical and mental health at even greater risk.  And some make small changes, but discover they’re not enough.


To live a balanced, healthy life, we need a broad-based approach to stress management. We need to understand the demands on us from every angle: where they come from, the threats they pose and how they interact with our bodily responses – as well as the way we think, feel and behave. 

How e-Stress Management can help


E-Stress Management is a holistic, integrated stress management course that brings together all these elements. It will help you develop the skills to deal with demands competently, in a way that supports your health, your well-being and your goals. If you are under a lot of stress and/or suffer from Adrenal Fatigue, E-Stress Management will teach you the essential skills and techniques of stress management.


E-Stress Management is divided into eight sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of stress and its management.

E-Stress Management is based on authoritative research evidence and professional techniques used in clinical practice.


What to expect


Each session will take you around 1 – 1 ½ hours to complete, and includes information, worksheets and summary handouts – as well as specific guidance, support and feedback on exercises and activities. We recommend that you work through the sessions in order, but it’s up to you how many activities you complete. If you just browse the learning and listen to the audio relaxation exercise, that’s fine – you can always come back to the activities later.
